How do I set up an appointment?

  • Feel free to click the schedule appointment button on the website. Then Kelsey will check your benefits and confirm when we have an opening.

What kind of services do you provide:

  • We provide family, group, couples and individual therapeutic services to people.

How long do I have to wait for an appointment?

  • We typically have some availability within three business days.

What if I work during the day?

  • Some of our providers offer weekends and evening appointments.

How do I know if my therapist is a good fit

  • We are huge believers in the value of the therapeutic relationship. At any time if you suspect you and your provider are not a good fit, let your therapist know. They will help you find someone else.

Do you accept insurance?

  • We are currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Alliance and Humana. If you have a different type of insurance you can either allow us to contact them to check your out of network benefits, or feel free to do that yourself.

Will my insurance pay for this?

  • Kelsey would be happy to check your benefits and let you know if you have a deductible to meet or copay to take care of.

I don’t want to receive a diagnosis, can I pay for therapy myself?

  • Absolutely! Our cash pay rate is available upon request.

Where are you located at?

  • We are located at the Frist State Bank of Bloomington. On the second floor, in suite 205.
