How do I set up an appointment?

Feel free to click the client resources section of this website. Then create a login for your private portal. Once you have a login, please log in and sign all of the paperwork. Once we have received your paperwork, Keely will reach out to you. Keely will check your benefits and confirm when we have an opening.

What kind of services do you provide:

We provide family, group, couples, and individual therapeutic services to people.

How long do I have to wait for an appointment?

We typically have some availability within three business days.

What if I work during the day?

Some of our providers offer weekend and evening appointments.

How do I know if my therapist is a good fit?

We are huge believers in the value of the therapeutic relationship. At any time if you suspect you and your provider are not a good fit, let your therapist know. They will help you find someone else.

Do you accept insurance?

We are currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Alliance, United Health Care, Tri-Care, and Humana. If you have a different type of insurance, you can either allow us to contact them to check the out of network benefits or feel free to do that yourself.

Will my insurance pay for this?

Keely would be happy to check your benefits and give you an estimate of if you have a deductible to meet or copay.

I don’t want to receive a diagnosis, can I pay for therapy myself?

Absolutely! Our cash pay rate is available upon request.

Where are you located?

We are located at the First State Bank of Bloomington. On the second floor, in suite 205.

All payments are due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and we accept checks for payments under $1000.

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and we have not been notified at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
