Jessica Pippin, LCPC, with her extensive background in supporting parents, children, and adults affected by ADHD and Autism, has developed a passion for helping individuals understand their symptoms and cognitive processes. Jessica has officially completed her certification as a Certified Neurodiversity-Affirming Assessment Provider (C-NDAAP).

How to Start Your Evaluation Process:

  1. Initial Contact via The Inquiry Form at the Bottom of this Page

    • Tell us who needs the evaluation (yourself or someone else)

    • Specify what you're seeking evaluation for: ADHD, Autism, or both

  2. Insurance Details

    • Submit your insurance information if applicable

    • Important: We currently only accept BCBS PPO and Aetna insurances for this service.

  3. Cost Estimate

    • We'll verify your benefits and provide an estimated cost. This can take up to two weeks.

    • Review and confirm this matches your insurance information

    • Note: Final costs may vary based on the intake assessment. Estimates are not a guarantee of benefits, please reach out to your insurance company for further details.

  4. Portal Setup & Scheduling

    • After approving the cost estimate, you'll receive a portal setup link

    • Please review and complete all forms, add a credit card on file, and insurance information.

    • Intakes are scheduled for Mondays and are VIRTUAL unless otherwise arranged.

    • Testing sessions occur the following week, and will be in person

    • Results timeline varies based on the extent of testing needed

  5. Payment Information

    • All payments are due at time of service.

    • Insurance Clients:

      • You’ll be charged your estimated out-of-pocket amount when you book your intake. This acts as a deposit and is applied toward your total cost. If your insurance processes the claim differently, we’ll reach out to adjust the balance. Please note that your insurance company determines final coverage and costs.

    • Self-Pay Clients:

      • A $500 deposit is required before booking your intake. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

        All deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule and provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be applied to your new appointment date.

      • ADHD Evaluations are $2500

      • Autism Evaluations are $3000

      • ADHD & Autism Evaluations, if done together, are $5000 and include a $500 discount.

    • Our evaluator dedicates 15-25 hours to each client's assessment, ensuring thorough, personalized attention throughout the entire process.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We currently ONLY accept BCBS PPO’s and Aetna plans at this time.

  • Jessica Pippin, LCPC, provides comprehensive evaluations for both ADHD and Autism.

  • That depends on your insurance coverage. If you are uninsured, we can provide you with a cash rate quote. Currently, ADHD evaluations average around $2,500, Autism evaluations are $3,000, and if both are completed together, the total is $5,000 with a $500 discount applied.

    If you are using insurance, part of our process includes providing you with a benefits quote so you’ll know your expected out-of-pocket cost before scheduling.

  • Most insurance plans we encounter here in Central Illinois do provide some coverage for evaluations. However, coverage details can vary by plan. Some policies limit Autism evaluations to adults only, and this is determined on a plan-by-plan basis.

    Because of this, we can’t guarantee coverage for any specific insurer (for example, not all BCBS plans cover this benefit). We always verify benefits individually so you’ll have a clear understanding of what your plan includes.

  • We work to have the shortest waitlist possible, but due to demand there may be a wait. Currently, it's under 12 months. We know waiting can be hard, and we truly appreciate your patience. Our team reviews the waitlist regularly and will reach out as soon as a spot becomes available.

  • Yes, absolutely! Just fill out the form below, and we’ll provide a preliminary benefits quote within 14 business days.

    Because psychological evaluations are more comprehensive than standard therapy, we sometimes need to speak directly with your insurance company to confirm details, which can take a little extra time. We appreciate your patience while we gather accurate information for you.

Jessica Pippin, LCPC, has dedicated her entire career to understanding and supporting neurodivergent individuals. She began her journey in the field at a psychological testing clinic, where she gained invaluable experience assessing and working with clients of all ages. Since then, she has specialized exclusively in neurodiversity, immersing herself both professionally and personally in the world of ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent profiles.
