Is your teen part of the LGBTQIA community?

Does your teen need support navigating their identity, navigating stigma and bullying, or wanting to build self-esteem? Our Mental Wellness Center Safe Place Group for LGBTQIA teens aged 14 - 17 offers an inviting space with weekly in-person meetings that help provide a safe environment where young people can get the social and emotional support they need. Psychoeducation about gender and sexual identity will be shared as well.

Teens will learn how to develop healthy coping strategies, mindfulness, and resilience throughout this 8-week group series. They'll have access to a supportive peer group so they don’t feel alone on this journey. The cost is $35 per session or $240 if paid in advance.
