Roll for Growth: A Therapeutic Tabletop RPG Group for Adults

9-Week Immersive Tabletop Role-Playing Campaign

Beginning Saturday, March 21, 2026
2:00 PM - 3:30 PM CST

This isn’t just a game night.
It’s a 9-week immersive tabletop role-playing campaign designed to help you build confidence, strengthen social skills, regulate emotions, and explore identity, all through collaborative storytelling and strategic play.

If you love RPGs (or have always wanted to try), crave meaningful connection, and want to work on real-life skills without sitting in a circle talking about your feelings for 90 minutes… this group was made for you.

What Makes This Different

Using a tabletop role-playing game framework, participants step into a shared story where challenges, choices, and relationships mirror real-world experiences, but with lower stakes and higher creativity.

Gameplay naturally supports:

  • Social confidence & communication

  • Emotional regulation when things don’t go as planned

  • Patience, turn-taking, and flexibility

  • Problem-solving and collaborative decision-making

  • Tolerating disappointment and uncertainty

  • Identity exploration and self-expression

  • Practicing boundaries, leadership, and teamwork

You’re not just playing a character, you’re practicing new ways of being.

  • Are curious about identity, roles, and personal growth
