Having earned my Master's degree in Social Work in 2023, I entered this field with a deep commitment to creating a soft landing space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. My approach is integrative, drawing from EMDR, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, DBT, Parts Work, and Individual Therapy to meet each client’s unique needs.
As a trauma-informed, EMDR-certified therapist and Level 2 Gottman-trained couples counselor, I specialize in helping individuals and couples gain clarity, restore connection, and move through distress toward lasting growth.
