Darlene Piper, RDN, LSW

Welcome! I’m Darlene Piper, RDN, LSW. I am a Licensed Social Worker and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who has built my career at the intersection of mental health, nutrition, and human behavior.

My path began in nutrition, where I worked closely with individuals navigating their relationship with food, body image, and health.

Over time, I became deeply interested in the emotional and psychological experiences underlying those struggles, which ultimately led me to pursue social work and clinical mental health practice.

Professional Experience

I bring a unique, integrative lens to my work, especially in the treatment of eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, OCD, and body image concerns.

I also have a strong clinical interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and Autism Spectrum traits, and understanding how differences in processing, regulation, and lived experience shape emotional well-being.

Professional Skills

I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be honest about what they’re carrying and supported enough to try something new. I work collaboratively and intentionally with clients to build insight, strengthen coping tools, and shift patterns that no longer serve them. I support clients navigating:
