I attended the ADHD Intensive in the Spring of this year and am so glad I did. I have 3 children with ADHD and also have ADHD myself. Through the intensive I learned so much about myself and my children, what motivates them, and how to help them learn about themselves. The information that was provided was easy to implement immediately and I saw great results, especially with the rewards system that was discussed. The intensive provided me with a better understanding of how my children’s brains work and exactly how to help them harness their individual “super powers” that come with their ADHD. All 3 of my children have different aspects of ADHD and how it affects their function, so through the intensive I learned different methods and practices that I could use with each of them. I would recommend this intensive to anyone who has a child or even grandchild with ADHD so that you can best learn how to help them navigate and use their abilities.
